Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of marketmastersacademy.com and any Market Masters Academy membership, content or community (the "Services"), provided by Market Masters LLC. By using the Services you agree to these terms.

1. Education only

Everything we provide (training, PDFs, webinars, live sessions and trade alerts) is for educational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security, futures contract, currency or other instrument. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or commodity trading advisor. See our Risk Disclosure.

2. Accounts

Memberships are provided through Whop. You must be at least 18, give accurate information, and keep your login secure. Memberships are for one person and may not be shared.

3. Live Room billing

• New Live Room members pay an introductory fee of $9.99 for the first 30 days.
• After 30 days, the membership renews automatically at $29.99 per month until you cancel. Taxes or processing fees may be added at checkout.
• You can cancel any time from your Whop account. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Payments already made are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or at our discretion.
• We may change prices with notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.

4. Your use of our content

All content is owned by Market Masters LLC or its licensors. You may use it for your own personal learning. You may not copy, resell, share, publish or redistribute it, including trade alerts, recordings, indicators and PDFs, without our written permission.

5. Community conduct

Be respectful. No harassment, spam, promotion of other services, or sharing of member-only content. We may remove anyone who breaks these rules, without refund.

6. No guarantees

We do not promise any results, income or trading performance. Examples, testimonials and plans (including the "$100 to $133,500 in 60 days" plan) are illustrative and not typical. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and results.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Services are provided "as is", and Market Masters LLC is not liable for any trading losses or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or change or discontinue parts of the Services. Continued use after changes means you accept them. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
