Market Masters LLC ("Market Masters Academy", "we", "us") runs marketmastersacademy.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

• Information you give us: your name and email address when you sign up for the free training or a membership, and anything you send us by email or in the community.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Whop. We never see or store your full card details.
• Usage information: basic technical data such as pages visited, device and browser type, and the link or ad that brought you here (for example UTM tags).

How we use it

• To give you access to the free training, the PDFs and any membership you buy.
• To send you emails about your account, trading lessons, and offers such as the Live Room. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.
• To run, secure and improve the site and understand which content and ads work.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, under their own privacy terms:

• Whop: accounts, memberships, community and payments.
• GoHighLevel / LeadConnector: our email and contact management system.
• Cloudflare: website hosting and security.
• Vimeo and YouTube: embedded videos.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Cookies

The site and embedded tools (Whop checkout, videos, chat widget) may use cookies and similar technologies to work properly and to measure traffic. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you have an account or relationship with us, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, accounting or security reasons.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or opt out of marketing, by emailing contact@rickyandrade.com. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights, and we will honor valid requests as required by law.

Children

This site is intended for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
